~ Willow ~

Willow is a miracle baby for Allira Park!

4 years we had been trying everything to get his dam, Allira Park Dark Secret in foal with no success.

So with the belief that Secret was barren, I decided to make her the permanent wife of our home bred stallion, Allira Park Solitary Emerald.

For two years they lived happily content with each other when on New Years Day 2014, I made the discovery that Secret was heavily in foal! You can only imagine my shock & joy all at the same time!

Problem was it was very bad timing as on the 6th of Jan I was travelling to NSW for the Buck Brannaman Clinic for 5 days.

With lot's of instruction to my partner Steve and wording up my dear friends Tammy Cross & Vet Dr. Chris Pretorius, my last parting word's to Steve was, don't worry she won't have it for a few weeks yet.

Hmmm, well on the 7th Jan, I'd been gone one day, Secret gave birth to Willow.

As Secret is the last of her lineage to Surani & Arabesque Star Dust through her dam AP Mzuri Star, Willow will be retained by Allira Park as a stallion to continue this great combination.

To date he has proven to be full of life & character, very laid back and as bold as his father.
